Although the front end is good i am still waiting for my order and that us poor. Delivery needs to be 4 to 5 days max or its too late

It’s rare that you can give a genuinely positive review. People normally only review an app if they want to complain but I can say that I love using Thread. I used to hate picking outfits and wear the same clothes. now I’m finding myself wearing clothes that I’d never have considered.

Purchased from thread for a few years now, items always arrive quickly. Are good quality and if they don’t fit the package comes with return instructions at no cost for your money back. Great wee service. Plus you get a free fun size packet of lovehearts ?

Thread provide a wide selection of clothes options. These are mainly for younger (and wealthier) guys than me, so I only occasionally select an item that suits me. What I have ordered has been good quality so I’m happy with the service.

Ideal place to shop , the choice is great and any the price that suites your pocket .

Although the overall service is ok, most items are sold out and if you return an item you lose any vouchers you applied…crazy!! e.g. if I apply a £20 voucher to a £60 item I pay £40. When I return the item I get the £40 back but my voucher has been spent even though I have no item now and Thread have their full price item back. Awful!!!

Customer Service is amazing! They are super quick to respond and resolve things! I emailed them about price matching and they were super helpful! I got my price matched without any issues, they make everything super easy!

This is the best service I have ever received. I ordered a formal jacket in a late panic and they delivered it before I expected. This Company went above and beyond. The package was lovely , the jacket wrapped in tissue and a small packet love hearts. How cute. Well done I will definitely be using you again. And will recommend you to everyone. Personally, I don't understand some of the bad reviews here. I personally dislike the physical shopping experience and I generally find it hard to find styles that suit me.

I find the personalization quite good. Some don't match my taste, but there are some that do. Within a week I have spent over £300 just refreshing my wardrobe.

The automated sizing is quite good too. You enter your dimensions and the site does the rest.

All in all, I've really enjoyed my experience and the quality of the clothes are very good.

Worst company ever. They give you discount and then they take it away.
